1.1 Introduction
Welcome to Noviac ("we", "us", "our"), operating at noviac.store. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products from our store.   • Prices are listed in ZAR (South African Rand) by default; the site may display estimated prices in other currencies for your convenience, and your card issuer's exchange rate applies at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, and product availability at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order affected, and will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been taken.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colour and finish may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing batches.

1.4 Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider(s) integrated with our Shopify platform; we do not store your full card details.

All content on noviac.store — including logos, product photography, graphics, text, and site design — is the property of Noviac or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our prior written consent.
